*Weekly Rate High/Christmas Season School Holidays** - $140.00 per night 7 nights - up to 4 people = $980	Prices Quoted based on max 4 people * $980 per week
Weekly Rate Low Season *Off Peak June - November - $120.00 per night 7 nights - up to 4 people = $840	* $840 per week
Nightly Rate - Prime time includes Weekends and Public & School Holidays Weekends - minimum booking 2 nights Easter/Melbourne Cup Weekend Rate - minimum booking 4 nights Long Weekend Rate - minimum booking 3 nights Christmas Holidays - minimum booking 7 nights	$140 per night
Nightly Rate - off Peak Mid Week only - Mon thru Thur - minimum booking 2 nights	$120 per night

You will need to bring your own linen (all sheeting, pillowcases & towels), and all food supplies.
All Doonas, blankets, pillows & electric blankets are provided

Weekly bookings - in Monday - out Monday during school holidays (or by arrangement at other times)
Weekends - in Friday - out Sunday (or Monday on Long weekends)
Book-in times 2pm - book-out 10am
Cancellation fees apply
**We require a 50% deposit, with balance due not less than 21 days prior to arrival
**Cancellations are subject to a 10% fee (based on total undiscounted rate*) if cancelled prior to 21 days of arrival.
**A refund will be issued if the venue is able to be re-let to the public (less cancellation fee*)
**All amounts are in Australian dollars
**No refunds for non-arrivals
**1st deposit received confirms a booking – unsuccessful/delayed deposits received after accepted booking will be refunded immediately
